Nike Dunk colorways have shown no signs of slowing down this year, as the brand continues to offer fresh takes on one of their most iconic sneakers. This season brings us a new look with some gridded mesh underlays, with one pair in a smokey “Off Noir” colorway, coming soon.
Nike’s new variation of their classic Dunk Low makes a small, but noticeable change to the shoe’s materials and construction. Swapping out the leather of soft textile base layer, new pairs are starting to emerge with a diamond grid mesh for the shoe’s base layer. This is presumably a synthetic material, making these pairs better suited for the inclement weather coming in Fall and Winter.
For these updates pairs, the Swoosh is rolling out a handful of dark colorways to suit the somewhat drearier color palettes of the rainy season. Today we have an official look at the “Off-Noir” style, which comes with a smokey grey grid for its base layer, adding jet black for the leather overlays and midsoles. Finally, an Anthracite black accent for the Nike branding completes the look.

Nike’s new style of the Dunk Low with grid mesh base layers has not been announced for release yet, but will arrive sometime soon in Fall 2024. Among the new style’s colors is this “Off Noir” look, which pairs a smokey grey base with black overlays, and will be available from Nike and select retailers for $125.
