There’s no doubt, sustainable sneakers are the next big thing from Nike. While the brand has played with the theory in the past, this Summer their efforts have drastically increased and the next silhouette to join the sustainable series is the Air Max 1.
This Summer, Nike’s Space Hippie series continues to impress with more and more sneakers dropping on a monthly basis. Now as they”re on Crater Foam Air Force 1’s, they also look to bring the coveted Air Max 1into the mix and from the first look at the upcoming colorway, these are going to be a problem.
Arriving in an official colorway of White, Black, Electric Green, and Game Royal, the entire upper comes decked out in Space Hippie recycled overlays on the midfoot and heel. Along with white mesh toes and a black leather mudguard overlay, exposed stitching is added to the sneaker to further the sustainable motifs. A white midsole, matching outsole, and blue Air Max bubble finish of the upcoming offering.
