The New Balance 740 Retro Drops in “Marsh Green” Next Week

New Balance has another retro silhouette returning to their catalog this year; the 740. Originally a late 2000s model, the tech runner was teased in a project with Aminé before surfacing in this “Marsh Green” style releasing next week.

The New Balance 740 is the latest sneaker in a long line of archival releases for the Boston brand. The first pair of the remastered model appeared last month through Aminé’s upcoming third collaboration with the footwear brand, and sticks to NB’s bread & butter with a mesh and synthetic build with thoughtful, all-purpose colors.

The first in-line release of the 740 is now on the horizon, with New Balance adding this “Marsh Green” look to their release calendar this week. Scheduled to arrive next week, the look features a white mesh base with the rich green shade added to its overlays, and a touch of metallic silver for that retro look. Finally, Sea Salt off-white shades adorn the laces and soles to complete the look.
