adidas just released a new version of their Torsion X in a brand new “Orbit Grey” colorway designated to a galactical theme.
Featuring a combination of retro and new designs, the adidas Torsion X is a hybrid silhouette of a classic Torsion makeover yet with an updated design composed of new trendy materials. While the silhouette has not seen the hype from the sneaker community as one would think, the sneaker arrives with an organic-looking build and when equipped with a lunar theme like this one, the shoe is a hit.
This edition features a mesh “Orbit Grey” upper that comes stacked with tonal suede overlays that really define the shape of the sneaker. Taking inspiration from the adidas LXCON and Ozweego, a rope flows throughout the shoe in a shimmering silver that wraps around the heel and forefoot. Once your eyes meet the midsole, colors begin to pop as tri-colored blocking of gold, blue, and white equip the Boost and Torsion equipped midsole. Just to top off the look, Torsion support wraps around the heel in a metallic red that finishes off the design very nicely.
