Even before a formal release, new colorways of the adidas NMD_R1 V2 keep surfacing. Today we get an official look at a black and white pair that already appears to be a classic.
While we already covered two different colorways already, a third iteration has just surfaced as well. Although the debut of the new silhouette has not went down as of yet, it looks like adidas has been planning the new versions’ debut lineup for quite some time.
This edition arrives in a classic Yin and Yang colorway of black and white. While the primeknit upper is bathed in black, white is added in for a perfect contrasting look. The Three Stripes branding on the sides, NMD branding on the toe as well as Japanese letter on the heel tab and EVA plugs on the Boost midsole all get the memo and appear in bright white. A black rubber lace cage holds doen 3M infused laces while tonal branding is added in on the tongue. The coveted Boost midsole appears in the usual white color scheme while a black outsole finishes off the fresh new design.
