adidas just released a brand new NMD_R1 in a classic colorway of Core Black and Power Red for a perfect runner this Spring and upcoming Summer.
If it wasn’t for Yeezy, the Three Stripes would be having a very quiet 2020. Although they’re celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the adidas Superstar, many models have been scarcely releasing in new colorways but as the seasons shift, we expect that to change drastically. This new NMD_R1 could be a prime example of what’s to come for adidas and fans should be excited.
This new NMD_R1 features a Core Black primeknit upper that sees tonal accents throughout like the lacing system and heel clip. The dark canvas allows white Three Stripes branding to shine on the side paneling which matches perfectly with the fresh white Boost midsole. The look is then finished off with black and red EVA accents on the midsole that coincide with the red heel tab.
