adidas has gone all in on the return of their Handball silhouette this year, focusing largely on their Spezial edition. This week, a new two-pack of the silhouette surfaced with floral jacquard uppers, coming soon.
The Three Stripes has been pushing their Handball silhouette this year, giving us another retro trainer option to their immensely popular Samba OG. The shoe has a chunkier look than its counterpart, and offers more cushioning throughout its structure and heftier midsole. So far, a number of their collaborative partners have given the model a new spin, but their in-line offerings remain some of the best releases of the model to date.
Speaking of which, this week a new special-edition release of the model surfaced online, giving us an early look at the “Jacquard” pack. Coming in two colorways, Collegiate Green and Night Indigo, both pairs feature a floral print jacquard base layer for the upper, paired with solid colored suede overlays. The green style comes with a bright yellow accent with orange for the indigo style, and both pairs feature a brown gum sole.

adidas’ stylish new pairs of the Handball Spezial do not have a release date yet, but are expected to release sometime soon in Fall 2024. The “Jacquard” pack comes in two colors, Collegiate Green or Night Indigo, and will be available from both adidas and select retailers.
