adidas has been teasing a new model from their adiZero family all Summer long, and this week has finally announced its debut. The new Aruku silhouette drops next week, with this “Sky Rush” pair as one of its first drops.
The adidas adiZero line began back in 2004, in an attempt to create a new generation of ultralight, form-fitting, and high-performance race footwear. The new franchise resulted in some of the best Three Stripes running shoes ever made, and has been the pinnacle of their running product in the two decades since. This season, the brand is gearing up to debut the Aruku, a new family member for the adiZero line, which also celebrates twenty years of their greatest achievements in performance.
The adidas Aruku was initially teased earlier this Summer, with celebrities and retailers alike showing off early pairs of the striking silhouette. Sneakerheads soon caught on to the model, giving the shoe credibility as a lifestyle model even ahead of its official unveiling. Now, adi has unveiled their release lineup for the model, which drops next week.
Among the two initial color schemes of the Aruku is the “Sky Rush” style seen here. The look features a bright blue mesh for the shoe’s base layer, adding its seamless, taped overlays in a striking yellow shade. The tongues come in a neon blue shade for even more bright tones, while the stripes, laces, and inner linings add just a pop of orange to complete the look.

adidas has finally scheduled the debut release of their new adiZero Aruku silhouette, which arrives next week on October 1st, 2024. One of the two initial pairs will be this “Sky Rush” color scheme, and will be available through the brand’s website for $140.
