Korean streetwear brand UNAFFECTED released their three-piece Asics GEL-Kayano 20 pack earlier this season. Now, the collection is finally getting a global release, dropping on Asics’ American website later this month.
UNAFFECTED was founded in 2015, with the idea to create classic looks that are both efficient but also playfully fun. The brand has released regular seasonal collections since then, the most recent of which featured a debut collaboration with Asics, featuring three colorways of the GEL-Kayano 20. The release was available exclusively overseas back in October, but is now getting a global drop this month.
The UNAFFECTED pack of the GEL-Kayano 20 brings us three tonal styles of the retro trainer, with some added details for a unique look. The upper is constructed from a mix of finely woven mesh and transparent panels, using taped sections to protect your feet from the elements. Toggle lacing systems also add an outdoor-inspired flair to the design. Colors come in options of a white & light grey mix, a dark grey & black combo, and finally a lush “Dark Cherry” red.
UNAFFECTED X ASICS GEL-KAYANO 20 PACK RELEASE INFORMATION
The recent project from Korea’s UNAFFECTED and Asics finally has a US release date, dropping on December 12th, 2024. Featuring three tonal colorways of the GEL-Kayano 20 in Obsidian Grey, Dark Cherry, and Cream, pairs will be available from the Asics website for $220.
