Sneaker brands adore a seasonal, themed release, and Halloween is an annual excuse to go all out with special-edition product. This year, Nike is getting real spooky with a skull toe box mold, which will also come on their Air Force 1 in October.
As we inch closer to Halloween season in October, new special-edition releases from our favorite brands continue to stack up. Last week, we got an early look at what Nike has in store for the spooky season this year, with the appearance of a Dunk Low decorated with skulls molded directly into the shoe’s toe boxes. Now, an Air Force 1 with matching details has appeared, coming soon.
Nike is going all in on the details for their annual Halloween releases in 2024. Where the Dunk features a bright green color scheme and textured leather for its overlays, the Air Force 1 opts for a subtle crimson orange shade, with a cracked black paint layer on top that gives it an almost glittery effect. The molded skull toe box appears on both shoes, accompanied by a molded Swoosh piece for another layer of added details.

Nike’s Halloween-themed releases for 2024 have not been given an official release date yet, but are likely to drop sometime in October 2024. The Air Force 1 from the collection, with molded skull toe boxes, will be available from both Nike and select retailers with an estimated price tag of $140.
