Nike’s thirtieth-anniversary celebration for the Air Huarache appears to be stretching into 2022, as evidenced by a number of new colorways still on the horizon. Remastered to mimic the original 1991 run of Huaraches as closely as possible, Nike has been pumping out fresh colorways of the vintage runner all year long, with plenty still waiting to be deployed in the new year. Today, we have an up-close look at a new “Coconut Milk” colorway, which originally surfaced at U.K. retailer size? earlier this week. The tropical fruit-inspired pair makes some slight changes to the Huarache’s construction, notably swapping the toe box out for a new mesh material, presumably to make them more breathable. Next, the standard Huarache cage is made from suede, while the rest of the neoprene sections remain intact. These are the most colorful portions fo the shoes, mixing neon and forest green shades across the stretchy panels of the shoe.

Nike’s latest new colorway of the Air Huarache, a smooth “Coconut Milk” look, surfaced earlier this week from U.K. retailer size?, though they have since disappeared from the store’s website. Featuring a new mesh toe box panel and soft shades of green, his release will be available both directly from Nike as well as third-party retailers, with the same standard $120 price tag.
