Air Jordan 4 RM
The Air Jordan 4 RM is a remodeled version of the Air Jordan 4 proper, bringing “restomod”/”remastered” touches to the in-vogue silhouette. While the sole unit and wavy mudguard remain on the model, many of the aspects easily associated with the Jordan 4 are nowhere to be found. A new TPU cage that envelops the back half of the shoe is the most notable addition, superseding the eye stays and heel tab. Taken as a whole, the retooled aspects impart a much lower profile, leading the new spin-off to be unofficially considered the “Jordan 4 Low.”
BMX superstar and Jordan Brand signee Nigel Sylvester was the first one to unveil the Jordan 4 RM, providing a look at his “Bike Air” / “Grandma’s Driveway” collab early in 2024. The eventual release of that shoe on July 20th kicked off the silhouette, with a range of general release colorways set to follow.
Around a dozen looks hit the internet before any pairs ever landed in consumer hands, but the model made its way to market in GR fashion with the “Oxidized Green,” “Light Legend Brown” & “Light Bone” editions on August 21st. Though a splashy drop, don’t take the heavy push at the start of the model’s life cycle to mean it’ll cool off any as the year progresses. Colorways like the “Black Cat,” “Cool Grey.” “Canyon Rust” and “Metallic Silver” have all elicited serious reactions far ahead of their launch.
The Jordan 4 RM sports a significantly lower $150 price tag compared to its parent model. Check the articles below for the latest on the Air Jordan 4 RM, including new colorways, release dates and detailed analysis.
