The Ninja x adidas ZX Torsion “Time In” Arrives In June

After dropping a Nite Jogger on the last day of 2019, Tyler “Ninja” Blevins and adidas are finally ready to drop more products under their “Time In” partnership. Enter: two pairs of the ZX Torsion.

Uppers on the forthcoming duo forgo Ninja’s signature “Collegiate Royal” and yellow color palette in favor of predominantly grey or purple arrangements. First-looks at the pairs don’t show the gamer’s logo as hangtags, but they reveal “TIME IN” lace dubreas, which were missing from the collaboration’s inaugural drop. As the ZX Torsion silhouette is a modern take on adidas’ ZX line from the ’80s, sole units feature Boost cushioning and an X-shaped bar for stability; accompanying tooling boasts either a charcoal and red or off-white, neon, and purple scheme.

An official adidas.com release date is still unknown, but select retailers have previously had Ninja’s next “Time In” capsule scheduled for June. In the meantime, enjoy a first look at the ZX Torsion “Time In” duo here below.
