Official Images Of The Jordan Air Latitude 720 “Fossil”

After first being debuted via a stunning photoshoot with Karrueche in July, official images of the lifestyle-geared Jordan Air Latitude 720 in a “Fossil” colorway have surfaced. This women’s-only ultra high-top silhouette may be boot-like in its cut, but it’s all Air Jordan in its construction, and it mixes brand heritage with new tech in an undeniably compelling fashion. The dual-layered upper offers a light tan mesh bootie contained within the folds of a textile mesh outer layer, while Air Jordan 8-style criss-crossing straps assist with both look and lockdown. Further black trim snakes around the toebox/midfoot, and the standard lacing system is replaced with a single cinch for easy adjustment. Down below, these Air Latitudes avert their gaze from the ground and train it towards the sky, discarding the upper’s earthy tones in favor of an astral iridescent purple on the Air Max 720-style cushioning unit, which is surrounded by a black plastic shank. The outsole then finishes the look with cleverly-placed tonal elephant print for a hidden nod to classic Air Jordans like the Air Jordan 3. You can expect these new kicks for the ladies to debut on Nike.com August 22nd for $180 USD, so enjoy official images right here in the meantime.
