The Deadpool & Wolverine adidas Collection Drops August 1st

Logan & Wade impart their classic looks to respective adidas shoes.

The Deadpool & Wolverine adidas Collection Drops August 1st

The Deadpool & Wolverine adidas shoes collection releases on August 1st at 3AM ET, comprised of the “Wolverine” & “Deadpool” adidas Rivalry Low in adult’s sizing and a GS “Deadpool” Forum Low. Regardless of sizing, all three retail for $110. At this point, it seems few retailers will be carrying stock, so adidas.com is your chief source if you’re aiming to grab this latest chapter in adidas x Marvel. PLEASE NOTE: The GS Forum Low references a (relatively minor) plot detail from the film. Steer clear if you’re aiming to remain entirely spoiler-free.

Our “Where To Buy” widget is already loaded with direct links that lead to each product page. Further down, catch official images and our original coverage surrounding this collection.

Updated July 24, 2024: Official images have been added of the full adidas “Deadpool & Wolverine” collection. In the adidas initial press release & our original coverage, a third shoe was rumored to slide onto the slate closer to the film’s release. Evidently, it is a “Kidpool” Forum Low in GS sizing, possibly tipping off a major inclusion in the upcoming team-up. A black & red palette also graces the sized-down version, with comic-like graphics pasted on the interior. While Deadpool’s pouches don’t graft onto this colorway, a utility-minded atmosphere is still maintained all the same. Further pricing details aren’t yet clear, but we’ll keep this page current as they do emerge.

On top of the new addition, we’ve included the best looks yet at the original Rivalry Low kicks, still set to drop on August 1st. Catch all the new imagery ahead, with respective “Where To Buy” sections that’ll be updated with direct links on launch day.

Original article posted July 18th, 2024: The upcoming Deadpool & Wolverine is a major moment on a few different fronts; it’s a huge hinge point for the MCU at large, and pays off comic fans with a massive link-up between two forever-favorite characters. Recognizing that significance, adidas is uniting with Marvel once again, bringing the comic icons their own kicks alongside some throwback apparel.

Both anti-heros earn colorways of the adidas Rivalry Low, a spotlight model out of Germany so far this year. For Deadpool’s edition, plush, overwhelmingly rosy suede is accented by black detailing throughout. Speckled paint on the midsole nods to his penchant for the gory, while a leather pouch add-on hits on his (perhaps overly) function-minded uniform.

As for Wolverine, German designers would’ve been crazy to move away from the iconic color scheme of yellow, black & blue, so widely celebrated ahead of its silver screen debut. The X-men logo appears at the tongue, while his Adamantium clays poke through the Three Stripes branding on the side.

Importantly, Wade Wilson nabs one additional piece of footwear, the adidas adiZero Electric, continuing the motifs present on the lifestyle shoe for use on the pitch. It’s possible Wolverine will earn a second style in due time though- the final piece of this capsule is “an adidas Originals silhouette worn in the film which will be unveiled July 26.”

Alongside the full range of footwear, there’s also a set of graphic tees set to launch simultaneously. Bearing co-branded adidas/Marvel stamps, each continue the comic-heavy themes of the capsule in sum.

The “Deadpool & Wolverine” collection lands on August 1st, distributed via the adidas app, site, in-store locations and via select retailers. At the time of writing, retail pricing hasn’t emerged, but keep this page and our Sneaker Release Dates hub handy for the most current info as it lands.
