Now fully entrenched in the 2000s-era running shoe craze, the ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 — arguably among the pioneers of the early 2020s movement — is back once again in its standard silver-based color-blocking, accented by a new pop of color.
Arriving here is a the perfect touches of Malachite Green, gleaming with pride via the heel accent and the GEL cushioning inserts on the heel and fore-foot. That lucky shade also persists through the exposed plate on the mid-foot and into the traction towards the toe. The remainder of the shoe relies on the basic (but hardly basic) arrangement of metallic silver, black, and white mesh base for those with that impeccable taste.
Currently, this ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 is available in Europe, but should be hitting ASICS.com stateside soon for $150.
