The Jordan CMFT Era Elevates With Satin Laces And A Croc Swoosh

The Jumpman started up a new chapter with the Jordan CMFT Era, bridging the gap between classic retro design and those who find said ostensible basketball sneakers unfit for all-day wear. In the past few months, well-established looks like “Panda,” “Chicago,” “Tiffany,” and “Shattered Backboard” have paced the model’s introduction. Now, the Jordan CMFT Era is beginning to spread its wings, revealing Croc Swoosh detailing and satin laces.

Partially following in the footsteps of the footsteps of a similarly coated Flight Court colorway (or perhaps more accurately, another exemplar of an overarching theme for the season), the same crackled reptilian leather takes over the Swoosh of this pair. Right next it to it, beige silken laces add another piece of refined design, while a barely visible green outsole helps add some vibrant energy. Simply on paper, these dueling aspects could make for a pair that’s too gaudy by half, but letting the shoe loose with a combination of neutral khaki and off-white tones keeps things on a subtle tip.

As a true GR, the Jordan CMFT Era “Croc Swoosh” doesn’t come with a concrete date. Instead, expect this colorway to populate Nike.com and retail shelves sometime in the coming months. If it’s particularly caught your eye, watch for this pair’s arrival via our Jordan Release Dates page.
