Hailing from one of the most stereotypically rainy countries in the world, END is no stranger to gorpcore aesthetics. In their latest link-up, a part of their ongoing, collab-heavy 20th anniversary celebration, what is surprising is the inclusion of an outside partner to meet those demands. Japanese outdoors brand and wander joins hands with END Clothing for a foray into the British countryside, touching a special make-up of the Crocs Trailbreak in the process.
While the outerwear, accessories and otherwise run of apparel is notable in its own right, of course the footwear aspect is the crown jewel for our purposes. Taking over the Trailbreak 2 is in and of itself noteworthy, a rare collaborative effort given that the Crocs EXP product has only been on the market for a matter of months. Reimagined in the EXP line with a layered composition that relies on interlocking panels rather than a flat TPU cage, END and and wander overhaul the model with an additional neoprene sleeve, leading to a three-quarter height fit for all types of inclimate conditions.

The END. x and wander x Crocs Trailbreak releases via the brand’s online Launches section on May 9th. Retail is set at £120. If you can’t wait, their outdoorsy apparel collection is already available via the site.
