Nike Enlists The Knicks To Debut The Air Force 1 Low “NY vs. NY”

Nike has enlisted the help of the New York Knicks to debut the latest chapter of the brand’s NY vs. NY series. Perhaps it was the fresh footwear that contributed toward the Game 1 victory against the Pistons.

With the boroughs-based streetball tournament set to enter its seventh year, Nike has created a special edition Air Force 1 Low to celebrate the return of the most impactful hoops circuit showcasing the future talent of the game.

Featuring a quintessential summer-friendly colorway, the 2025 Air Force 1 Low “NY vs. NY” features a white upper with pastel shades hitting the interior, translucent outsole, and alternate Swoosh colors. The design is inspired by the unique cultures and traditions that can only be found inside the NYC parks in the summer-time (think ice cream trucks or the nutcracker coolers for the age-appropriate). On the interior is the NY vs. NY pattern that covers the insole done in the distinct style often found around the city.

Nike confirms that this Air Force 1 Low will release this Summer 2025, which also includes limited-edition t-shirts, apparel, and more.

New York Knicks players Karl Anthony-Towns and Miles McBride debuted the shoes during their arrival to the Garden prior to the series opener.
