While everyone’s favorite slip-on company has certainly staked credible streetwear claims with collabs like the Bape Crocs collection, they’re not losing their ability to be playful in the process. Need a pair that comes with a beer koozie attached? The Busch Crocs have you covered. How about pair(s) for your dog? You get the point — regardless of their increase in street validity, the animated personality of Crocs is still shining through, again the case with the incoming Haribo Crocs collection.
You probably could have assumed that the bright, sugary tones of Haribo red, green, yellow, and orange bears would’ve had an influence here, immediately apparent with the range of Jibbitz covering the toe. However, considering we’ve waded through many a Crocs collab in our time, we can say that the German candy corps goes the extra mile in this link-up. The front half of the shoe is partially translucent, taken from the clear bear, while their hourglass shape provides texture on the midsole. Rounding out the branding notes, a mini-pack of Goldbears adds another charm option, while the brand’s logo appears on the Sport Mode strap.
The Haribo Crocs collection releases on March 11th via Crocs.com, coming in adults’ ($70) and kids’ ($55) size runs. Catch official images included below.
