As you work through the rest of the shoe, that becomes a genuine guiding light for this design, with triangular stitching on the Swoosh and shaggy suede furthering the design choice. The tongue provides a counter-narrative in candy heart style, calling a “you’re the apple of my eye” one-liner to mind with a nested logo, the Swoosh landing inside a heart, itself inside an apple.
