Nike and Jordan Brand are going all out for spooky season. We’ve spilled plenty of ink on upcoming Halloween shoes thus far, including a light-up Jordan 1 Low, skull-themed Dunks and Air Force 1s, and a handful of thematic Nike Basketball signatures. Now the Vomero 5 joins the fray, clad with thoughtful embellishments that might just make your skin crawl.

Arachnophobia warning; the shoe is inspired by spiders. The forefoot comes with a metallic dubrae meant to look like spider eyes, complemented by fang detailing on the toe box. Tactile black fabric treatments are meant to reflect spider hair, and when you hit the lights, the quarter, tongue tag, and rear portion of the midsole all glow in the dark. Otherwise, the rest of the design is complete with a “Photon Dust” base.

The official image gallery below highlights grade school sizing, but it’s possible the Vomero 5 “Spider” might also release for adults. In any case, know that this page as well as our Sneaker Release Dates hub will be kept current with up-to-date info. Nike hasn’t set a firm release date yet, but all indications point towards an October 8th, 2024 arrival.
