The World Of Harry Potter Descends On The PUMA Stewie 3

Breanna Stewart and the US women’s team just tore through the competition in Paris, but the Liberty superstar has a lot staked in Germany as well. She and PUMA unveiled the Stewie 3 with the “City of Love” colorway towards the end of June, revealing her 3rd signature in elegant fashion. Though the first colorway is checked off the list, the shoe still being early in its lifespan means there’s no better time for a splashy new edition. It doesn’t get more high-profile than this: a full-fledged Harry Potter collaboration lands on the Stewie 3 this September.

In media appearances, Breanna Stewart has listed the Harry Potter franchise far and away her favorite, so there’s a natural synergy with this link-up. The 5-time All-Star’s familiarity with the media franchise is easily apparent on these kicks, remodeling her signature shoe with a ton of nods to the Wizarding world.

Compared to the “City of Love” colorway, the graphic heel-to-toe overlay is vastly remodeled, swapping to snakes & skulls instead of fans & flowers, evoking the Dark Mark brand that all of Voldemort’s followers bear. The Sign of the Deathly Hallows appears on the heel and the franchise’s emblem, replete with an embroidered owl, is stamped a few inches above it. To close out the design, a few separate graphic patterns grace the upper & midsole, leaning into the shoe’s hazy, grim atmosphere and its villainous narrative lean.

The Harry Potter Puma Stewie 3 releases on September 6th via PUMA.com, in-store and partnering retailers like Foot Locker & Champs. Retail is set at $130. For fans of the W, keep an eye out on tonight’s Liberty Wings game to see them on-foot, or simply catch some additional campaign images just ahead.
