Adidas Adizero Aruku Silver Black Jq5658

Before it even hits the shelves, the adidas Aruku has done an impressive amount of globetrotting. The German giant recruited Atlanta’s own Gunna to preview the new silhouette on his latest festival tour, the rapper sporting the model at D.C. and London engagements. Now, the Three Stripes heads to a familiar partner, Japan’s atmos, for the first collaborative take on the adidas Aruku.

The sleek streamlined design of the Aruku continues to shine in this collaborative application. Nearly seamless midsole joinery matches the flush layout up top, where graphic overlays print on top of black mesh, culminating with a vent-like interpretation of the Three Stripes branding. The silver & black palette matches the similarly clad atmos Samba that Hirofumi Kojima also shared recently, perhaps building towards a larger collection. As a final point of intrigue, official word is that the Aruku isn’t expected to hit shelves until 2025, so the emergence of this pair is either far ahead of schedule or this collab could introduce the silhouette earlier than expected.
