The Air Jordan 1 Low “Halloween” Features Glow-In-The-Dark Black Cat Eyes

MJ's alter ego gets an eerie update.

The Air Jordan 1 Low “Halloween” Features Glow-In-The-Dark Black Cat Eyes

While it isn’t typically their foremost holiday, Jordan Brand and Nike Inc. don’t shy away from spooky season. The Air Jordan 1 Low is the choice for 2024 evidently; first looks just landed of the Air Jordan 1 Low “Black Cat,” expected to be a foremost offering for this October.

Blacked-out takes on the Jordan 4 & Jordan 3 have kept the “Black Cat” alter ego alive, but this shoe exemplifies the animated fashion in which it’s been adapted lately. Here, there’s a slew of unconventional touches, starting with the glow in the dark cat eyes on each tongue. From there, the toe-box adapts a ribbed pattern akin to that of the Black Spider Man Dunks, the laces take on a shaggy, torn quality, and the collar lands with textured fur.

To close out, embossed fans creep out from the tongue and flame graphics flare out on the lower half overlays. As a whole, this is surely one of the more radical colorways in the Jordan catalog we’ve seen of late, giving the adult crowd an opportunity to get in on the expressive storytelling that typically only graces GS releases.

We don’t have official word on a release date, but unsurprisingly, an October launch is most likely. Take a closer look at this pair via the @masterchefian images embedded below and keep an eye on our Jordan Release Dates page for additional info as it emerges.
