The Nike Dunk Tips Off In Another “Syracuse” Colorway

The Nike Dunk Tips Off In Another “Syracuse” Colorway

As one of the original Be True offerings that debuted with the Dunk in the mid-1980s, the Syracuse shade of orange remains as one of the true icons of the lifestyle classic. While the official version made its way back to stores in 2020 and again in 2022, Nike is reprising the former Big East giant (now ACC) with a slightly bolder shade of the school colors.

Employing the classic tone-on-white color-blocking, this Dunk Low is as every bit of “Be True” as the original set. Bold orange sits on the leather overlays, matching the interior lining, insoles, and rubber outsole, while a smooth white leather sits as the base for that college-friendly approach that established the Dunk as a lifestyle icon.

Nike seems to be pushing this classic styling more, some very adjacent to previous releases. Differentiating these from earlier issues is the red Nike logo on the white insoles.

Look out for these collegiate Dunk Lows to arrive this Fall season for $115.
