“Acid Orange” Drips On The adidas Trae Young 3

Trae Young wasn’t a part of adidas’ NBA All-Star Weekend sneaker rollout, the Atlanta Hawks star expected to debut his next signature shoe sometime this summer given past release trends. Until then, the Three Stripes Brand looks to hold down the fort with a steady stream of adidas Trae Young 3 deliveries, supplemented now by the arrival of a new “Acid Orange” colorway.

Seen here via official images, this pair communicates the Hawk’s traditional red/orange/yellow color palette in a brighter, more playful way than what’s usually seen on-court. A full-length gradient upper and adilette-inspired midsole carry the design, naturally transitioning from yellow up near the tongue down into orange underfoot.

Mark your calendars for this release on March 1st for $140 and visit our Sneaker Release Dates page for more. In related adidas Basketball news, check out the newly unveiled adidas Dame 9 and D.O.N. Issue #6.
