The Converse All Star BB Trilliant CX Does Its Best “What The” Impression

The Converse All Star BB Trilliant CX continues to spearhead the brand’s modern performance basketball line, now treated to a colorful, head spinning makeover ahead of NBA All-Star Weekend.

This latest colorway borrows the “What The” theme popularized by Nike Dunks and other Beaverton brand lifestyle silhouettes, mixing together an ensemble of vibrant colors across the shoe’s various polyester panels and TPU structures. Officially marked with a “Fever Dream/Dial Up Blue” title, the design mixes and matches shades of red, purple, yellow, and teal blue among a supporting cast of accent shades. While the palette itself provides more than enough appeal, more thoughtful detailing appears on the laces, adorned in dual tones while resting underneath the shoe’s aero jam-inspired lace cover.
