The Nike Air Force 1 Waterproof Resurfaces In A Bright Green Colorway

Nike is once again waterproofing the Air Force 1, further preparing the Bruce Kilgore-designed silhouette for the rainier months likely ahead.

Aside from its waterproof treatment, this Air Force 1 is rather straightforward in terms of its colorway, proffering one shade of green throughout not only its treated upper but also the adjacent laces, lining, and the ripstop material of the tongue. The midsole, too, is similarly dressed, albeit done up in a shade only slightly lighter. As for the branding, the Swoosh has made subtle modifications to the sneaker’s usual fixtures: the “Nike Air” at the heel and the Swoosh, for starters, are subtly imprinted into the base, and the leather label features adds “WATER PROOF” to its usual text.

Enjoy an official look at this upcoming Nike Air Force 1 Waterproof right here. Although a release date has yet to be confirmed, it shouldn’t be long before we see these on Nike.com and at select retailers.

In other news, Nike just teased their latest silhouette: the Air Max DN.
