Sneaker Con Singapore Marks The Convention’s First-Ever Appearance In Southeast Asia

Well-known by experienced sneakerheads and newcomers alike, Sneaker Con is widely considered to be one of the greatest sneaker shows on the planet. Over the course of their 14-year-long run, the convention has made stops all across the globe, hitting everywhere from New York to London. And while they have visited Shanghai as well as Japan, they’ve yet to make an appearance in Southeast Asia — that is, however, until now.

“Every Sneaker Con has a different essence to it and serves a different purpose. We are focused on building the community and developing a culture in Southeast Asia,” said Sneaker Con co-founder Alan Vinogradov. “The first Sneaker Con SEA in Singapore is going to be the beginning of a Southeast Asian journey for us and the community out there. We are going to bring influencers, creators and most importantly the sneaker community together for this special occasion, and it’s going to be wild.”

Sneaker Con Singapore marks the beginning of a tour through Southeast Asia, with more shows to be hosted in the region in the near future. Alongside trademark fixtures, such as the sneaker marketplace and trading pit, the upcoming event will feature appearances from the likes of Jeff Staple, SBTG, and Limited Edt. What’s more, Ageless Galaxy — commonly known as AGLXY — will be producing limited-edition Sneaker Con merchandise.

Provided a warm welcome by the Singapore Tourism Board, Sneaker Con SEA will be hosting their first convention from April 1st to April 2nd at the Singapore Expo. Tickets are currently on sale now at sneakercon.com while supplies last.
