Built with speed lacing toggles, the unreleased pair features a mesh and fuse mix of materials across the upper. Palm tree-inspired strips throughout the upper abandon their original plastic makeup. Protective mudguards just above the midsole introduce a soft fabric into the equation. Underfoot, sole units favor a pitch-dark look that allows for the Air Max‘s upper to shine in the spotlight.
