The Air Jordan 36 has cooled down following the release of the “Psychic Energy,” sitting by the wayside for longer than a few weeks. But it seems the newest to the throne will finally be making a big comeback in its new “Infrared 23” colorway.

As its namesake implies, the pair pays homage to the same-named Air Jordan 6, mirroring not only its palette but also its color blocking as close as possible. The titular “Infrared” is applied to the tooling’s decal, sandwiched between the icy bottom and blacked out midsole. Above, the latter neutral is used heavily across the mesh, leather paneling, lace unit, and the like. It’s only interrupted by the various logo hits and pull tab, both of which feature the aforementioned red.

Enjoy a close-up look at the Air Jordan 36 “Infrared 23” below and sit tight for release updates.
