The Nike Air Max BW Embarks On A Global “City Pack” With Rotterdam

As Nike gears up for the Air Max BW‘s return, they’ve prepared a number of releases in advance. Alongside the original “Marina” colorway, expect to see the silhouette tour the hottest cities in the world, starting first with “Rotterdam.”

In nod to Rotterdam’s signature colors, the pair dresses expressively in green and white, mirroring the three-striped flag that has represented the locale for some time now. Black denim, leathers, and mesh sit adjacent, outfitting the upper in parallel to the two aforementioned colors. And in support of the less-than-apparent subtext, the insole marks with many a geometric shape and the tongue flaunts “220 BPM” in reference to hardcore music. All, then, culminates more explicitly along the heel, which displays the city’s name in all caps.

For a closer look, be sure to check out the official images below. A release is sure to hit Nike.com as well as select retailers soon.

In other news, the Supreme Air Force 1 Flax is confirmed to release this Fall 2021.
