New Balance 550 Gets Navy Blue Accents On June 24th

New Balance 550 Gets Navy Blue Accents On June 24th

With its newfound popularity thanks to Aimé Leon Dore, the New Balance 550 has been gradually acquiring new colorways that often stay true to the silhouette’s standard two-toned approach. The recently-revealed purple and green options set to arrive towards the end of the month further proves this point. A navy-accented pair that will be releasing alongside the two aforementioned styles, keeping the classic 550 conventions.

As expected, the proposition flaunts a white smooth leather base with obvious stitching along the perimeters of the panels and instances of perforation. This stark white is offset by both the grey suede overlay at the toe and the textile materials applied around the collar. Elements such as the iconic “N” logo on the sides, the leather overlays near the ankle, and other branded elements on the tongue assume a near-black, navy tone. The dark blue is also applied to the outsole, completing the ever-so-trendy dad shoe.

Take a closer look at the New Balance 550 below, which is set to drop on June 24 at newbalance.com and select retailers with a price tag of $110.
