While 2020 has yet to see the Nike Air Max 1 in its original colorway, the new decade has witnessed Tinker Hatfield’s design to celebrate its 33rd year on the market in style. For its next release, the revolutionary silhouette is traveling back to the ’90s as part of a Foot Locker Inc.-exclusive “Remix Pack”.

Predominantly clad in a greyscale color scheme, the original visible Air Max model indulges in decades-old street-style flair. A “Pure Platinum/Iron Grey” plaid pattern takes over the pair’s vamp overlays and collar-adjacent panel. The latter is complemented by a faint “Volt” hue that also animates the tongue lining, upper eyestays, and heel Swoosh. As with its Air Force 1 co-stars, this take on the 33-year-old sneaker features branding on the tongue laden with a camouflage and striped arrangement. Profile logos and mudguards boast pitch “Black” makeups, with the former featuring an ostensibly spiked-surfaced. Underfoot, sole units revel in a simple, but notable tri-colored affair.

Enjoy official images of the Air Max 1 “Remix Pack” ahead as you wait for pairs to arrive exclusively at FootLocker.com and affiliate retailers on August 22nd.

For more from The Swoosh, the Air Penny V has recently emerged in an Orlando Magic-friendly colorway.
