Nike Adds Wear-Away Uppers To The Air Force 1 Premium “Home & Away”

Nike Adds Wear-Away Uppers To The Air Force 1 Premium “Home & Away”

Over the past 38 years, the Nike Air Force 1 has been reimagined multiple times. The latest tweak to Bruce Kilgore’s design makes use of brush-off leather uppers inspired by “Home” and “Away” team colors.

Clad in either white, black, or grey, each Air Force 1 Low in this trio is constructed from premium materials. The lighter pairs in the set feature either blue or red contrast throughout their uppers, most notably at the profile jewel Swooshes; the black Air Force 1 opts for a tonal arrangement, but indulges in a rose nude hue at the compass on its tongue and hangtag. Each pair’s complementary colors are exposed from underneath the brush-off leather depending on a person’s unique wear patterns, though grey pairs boast a shade of vibrant blue. Underfoot, off-white sole units round out this update to the ’82 classic.

This premium Air Force 1 trio arrives to Nike.com on June 13th. In the meantime, enjoy a closer look at all three pairs here below.
