Converse Dresses The Pro Leather In Two Earth Tones

Converse Dresses The Pro Leather In Two Earth Tones

While recent decades have seen it in the shadows of its Chuck 70 counterpart, the Converse Pro Leather has quietly kept afloat by not resting on its laurels. NBA All-Star Weekend 2020 saw it return to its basketball-hey-day form, but this newly-surfaced duo falls inline with much of what the silhouette’s Ox model has offered in the lifestyle space.

Clad in faded “Lilly Pad” and “Shadow Grey” arrangements, suede uppers on both pairs of the Pro Leather Ox deliver summer-ready style. Front-halves of the low-top model are streamlined, whereas halves after the signature chevron logos up the hairy ante. Debossed “PRO LEATHER” text accompanies pronounced star logos, which also appear at the heel. Laces, collars and adjacent construction boast different materials, but equally indulge in tonal compositions of either green or pink. Underfoot, both Converse options nod to yesteryear with their semi-yellowed sole units.

Take a brief look at both pairs of the Pro Leather Ox here below. And find them at select European stockists tomorrow, May 12th, for $100 USD.

For more from under the NIKE, Inc. umbrella, check out the duo of CDG Dunks launching May 14th.
