The Air Jordan Womens OG Gets A Bold Bulls Update

The Air Jordan Womens OG Gets A Bold Bulls Update

The women’s Air Jordan OG is eager to follow up last month’s release – its first in 22 years – as it’s recently emerged in two non-original, but compelling colorways: “Barely Rose” and now “University Red.” Unlike the former, which is scheduled to drop February 22nd in all its suede glory, the latter stays true-to-form with predominantly leather uppers, but also adds its own spin to the Jordan 13-like silhouette. This pair’s color scheme, perhaps inspired by the Chicago Bulls, immediately demands attention as a bold scarlet hue takes over toe boxes, midfoot panels, laces and tongue, as well as inner linings and heel overlays. Visual and material contrast up top comes by way of a black mesh omega pattern that divides the leather base into three profile segments; branding also follows suit in the black accent. Rounding out the fan-favorite palette, white midsoles offer comfort and performance functionality given their carbon fiber plate and herringbone traction tread.

Grab a closer look at this Air Jordan Womens OG here below and anticipate pairs coming to Nike.com in the coming weeks with a price tag of $140 USD. And for all other things from the Jumpman Brand, keep an eye on our Jordan Release Dates page.
