The Superstar Meets Forum In Latest Blend By adidas

The Superstar Meets Forum In Latest Blend By adidas

With the arrival of the silhouette’s 30th anniversary, the adidas Superstar has seen a wealth of spotlight — accompanying specialities adding to a constantly growing list of party favors. After being sent to a notable few with faux television sets and retro slide viewers, the model is off on a different tour, one informed by some of its closest peers: the Stan Smith, the Rivalry, and now the Forum. Certainly more obscure than any of the aforementioned — likely due to its lack of representation in the present day market — the retro kit lends its iconic blue coloring to the shell toe signature, applying it directly to the Three Stripe overlays, the tread, lining, and even the entire tongue. The latter, which is enveloped by a set of bleached white laces and encased with similarly colorless smooth leathers, stamps with branding from its muse, touting “FORUM” big and bold; elsewhere, the heels mark with “SUPERSTAR” in block text, which, though not an overt reference, nods to 80s style. Grab a detailed look at these here and expect a release to hit adidas.com soon.
