Nike Adds The Air Max Plus To Their Slate Of France-Themed Releases

Nike Adds The Air Max Plus To Their Slate Of France-Themed Releases

Nike’s powerful pack of Parisian-themed releases continues to expand, and the latest silhouette from the extensive slate of womens-only makeups to appear is the classic Air Max Plus. A fitting inclusion, as it’s a legendary cultural signifier with a tremendously rich history across Europe, these Pluses combine a more bold dose of navy stripes and dots than some of the other pairs in the pack: the former appears splayed across the toebox, while the latter graces the quarter in vertical fashion and the heel in horizontal fashion. The right and left tongues boast large metallic bronze “T” and “N” hits respectively for a nod to the Plus’s nickname, a signature yellow badge graces the heel, and the midfoot’s TPU shank is split between navy blue on the lateral side and bright crimson on the medial side. As is par for the course on every pair of Nike shoes in the pack, “Nos Differences Nous Unissent,” French for “Our Differences Unite Us” finalizes the look, split between tags on the medial midfoot of both the left and right shoes. Look for this country pride-filled Plus to release at the retailers listed below on May 16th for $160 USD, and check out a full gallery of official images while you wait as well.
