Russian-born, NYC-based artist SSUR was delivering what looked like it was going to be an annual release for the DC Artists Project Series, but a 2009 version simply never made it out of the box. Here are two new pairs that just showed up the Project LV show in Las Vegas. This ‘Caviar Cartel’ collection finds its nearly bred colourups inspired by black market caviar trade and the Soviet iron curtain, respectively.
