Lindsey Vonn Takes Center Stage in Pumps at the 2024 Olympics

Lindsey Vonn championed an elegant sporty look in pumps at the first official day of the 2024 Olympics in Paris.

Pumps of all kind have been a regarded choice amongst celebrities and influencers over the past year due to their ability to enhance an outfit in a subtle manner, with the pointed design of many of these shoes serving as an appropriate contrast to catching your attention. While the style has experienced some updates over the decades, sheer pointed-toe pumps are known as a classic model that combines elements of vintage and modern-day fashion, with the silhouette being praised for its styling ease.

The versatility of these types of pumps makes them a preferred shoe for red carpets and formal occasions, with brands along the lines of Stuart Weitzman, Gucci, Chanel and more offering some variation of the model. As for Vonn, her pumps were delicately crafted in leather, and boasted a sharp pointed-toe design. A medium-sized strap was present along the mid-foot region, while the back was left open.

Vonn’s shoes couldn’t be seen from the back completely, but based on her preferences for tall shoes, it’s like the heel measured somewhere between 4-to-5 inches in height.

As for the rest of her outfit, Vonn elected to wear a dark blue tailored blazer with the USA flag colors embedded on the lapel. Underneath her blazer was a white fitted shirt that also had the USA stripes on the lapel region. Black tapered high-rise trousers completed her ensemble, which she paired with a unique puppy purse, which came in a beige shade and the USA flag colors on the side. Keeping her makeup natural, her long blonde locks were styled in a middle part.
